We took a short but washed out trail to Buttermilk Falls after visiting the Adirondack Museum. It was lovely!
Buttermilk Falls is on the Raquette River outside Long Lake, via NYS Route 28 and 30. It is supposed to be one of the most visited falls in the Adirondacks. That is probably because it is such a short hike!
