Most of the original Trace is only open to foot traffic. However, this loop which is 2.5 miles long and a part of the original Trace is open to vehicular traffic. It is a one-way, one lane road. I took a few pictures of it, but really, it is a very narrow dirt road that is slow going for the short distance. However, we can say we drove on the Original Trace Road if anyone ever asks! lol
