Atlatl Rock Campground and Sunset

When we returned to our campsite after our scenic drive through the park, Lee managed to get the satellite dish set up so that we could get on the internet.  We are again without cell phone service and it is a bad day to be without because it is Lee's 65th birthday today and the kids will probably be calling.  Since it is his birthday, I fixed pork chops for dinner and we ate while we watched the sun setting.  It was a perfect way to end the day.

While Lee was adjusting the satellite, we started talking to a Hispanic woman and her son who are camped near our site.  She really made us thankful because she and her husband were planning on full-timing but as she said "God had other plans."  He passed away before they could do it.  They had purchased a huge diesel pusher and were set but then things fell apart.  She told us to enjoy it and she would pray for us that we could do it for many more years.
