Knoebel's Amusement Park

We've been visiting with Jon (Lee's brother) and his daughter, Isabel (his wife Michele is in England visiting her family) and Lyn (Lee's sister) and her husband, Sai. Today, Jon gave the kids tons of tickets to Knoebel's Amusement Park so we were off on another adventure.

Knoebel's is a family business that opened on July 4, 1926. For  more information on the park, see: https://www.knoebels.com/history/knoebels-timeline

It is free to get into Knoebel's but you purchase tickets for the rides. Jon provided those though and the kids just had a ball all day. Jon still had tickets left.

This was their favorite ride as they got soaked. They went on it a few times.

See the water plume. That is why they are so soaked now!

Grandpa and Jon took turns making Addi happy by going on the rides that Tommy didn't want to go on.

Tommy is holding on to Grandpa's hat for him.

They were on the Log Flume Ride again

We are next on the train which goes around the whole park.

We are under the roller coaster.

Last stop for the day was The Alamo where we had dinner.

The food was pretty good but pricy as all parks are! We did have a special treat earlier today. Lyn introdduced us to Dippin' Dots' Yum is all we can say!

Addi in front of the Calliopie doing her thing!

It was a very long day but a lot of fun!
