Columbia Reservation

We headed to another birding area today but still not much luck finding birds. Lee did get a good picture of a few of the same kind of bird but I can't seem to identify him. If you know what it is, let me know.

Anyone know what kind of bird this is?

It was a great place for a nice walk though and the weather was good to us so it was not all in vain.
