Bayliss City Park

We found a beautiful park in Council Bluffs at 1st Avenue and Pearl Street.  Bayliss Park was renovated in 2007 and now includes the fountain, plaza, performance area, interactive water feature, touchable art, and Veteran's memorials.

The Fountain has unique water features, patterns, and an impressive light display. I'd love to see it at night! There is also a children's area with a child activated water spray and that was in use today! It is a warm one again..

Dedicated to the Memory of the Defenders of our flag.
