Snow Canyon State Park

Our first stop today was to Snow Canyon State Park. We had never been here before so it was a treat.

This park reminded us of City of Rocks State Park in New Mexico because at both parks people were able to camp next to the huge boulders. It is such a neat setting for them.

The black designs in this area are actually from a lava flow 27,000 years ago.

This area also had a lava flow.
