Moody Gardens, Galvaston - The Aquarium Pyramid

Today is our first day of touring in Galvaston and we headed over to Moody Gardens.  Here we are at their parking lot.

After a bit of a hike we ended up at the Pyramid for the Aquarium.

Today we checked out The Aquarium Pyramid. Lee purchased a two-day Pass for Moody Gardens and we hoped to see it all in that amount of time.

One of our favorite regions of the aquarium was the JellyFish area.  They are beautiful in their tanks but we wouldn't want to run into one while playing in the ocean.

It was time for a break so we headed to the first available snack area.

We ate lunch at the Garden Cafe in the Aquarium Pyramid. The pictures below are from that area. We ate from their buffet and it was really good. 

This morning we went to see a 4D movie on sharks and in the afternoon watched a 3D movie on the Wild Australian North Coast. Both of the shows were excellent. We would love to see the waterfall depicted in the Australian movie.
