Bishop's Palace in Galvaston

After breakfast this morning we headed over to Bishop's Palace in Galvaston. The Bishop's Palace is also known as Gresham's Castle. It is an ornate 19,082 square feet Victorian-style house, located on Broadway and 14th Street in the East End Historic District of Galveston

We took so many pictures of this extraordinary three level mansion but I kept to the first floor except for the chapel that was on the second floor. You don't see those too often.

If you would like more information on Bishop's Palace, go to:

On the second floor, there are bedrooms galore and a chapel.
