Duck Races at Sun Ridge RV Park

 

Today was the Duck Races at Sun Ridge RV Park so we had to go up and see what was happening. I think practically everyone in the park was there because it was the first time they have had this event. There  were 600 ducks in the race! You could purchase a duck for a buck and many bought more than one.  When they bought the duck, their lot number was written on the bottom so they could tell who won.

The people in the park could purchase a duck The cost was a buck a duck!

We only stayed for one race as it took forever. It was like watching paint dry so we aren't sure what the winners received as prizes but they had 600 ducks sold for a buck a duck!
