After we left the Soo Locks we drove back to the Straits State Park where we are camped. There was a full moon so we decided to drive down to the Mackinac Bridge Overlook area in the park. We took some pictures from there.

Then we drove around the park until we found another area where we could see the Mackinac Bridge. There was a trail through a marshy area to the beach so we hiked down to the area and onto the beach.

A beautiful scene as twilight settles on Lake Huron.
The full moon just made the night sooo perfect. What a way to end the day!
You can't tell from pictures how huge the Mackinac Bridge really is so Lee took a video.
