On September 17th, 2019, we took a Loop Trail through a Cypress Swamp. It wasn't long and it was very pretty and serene except that I kept hoping we would not see an alligator. So, it was a relief to get to the van but I'm glad we went. There is beauty everywhere.
I never thought I would see pine cones in a Cypress Swamp!
