There are many gardens on the Sonneberg Estate and we loved them all.  This is one of those places that you block out a whole day to see!

Some Restoration Required!!

After we finished touring the Japanese Gardens, we decided to hike back to the truck and have our lunch.  We had a picnic next to the pond near the parking area.  They provided picnic tables in several areas for visitors' usage and that was certainly appreciated!

Before we went on to more gardens, we stopped at their winery.  At least we can say we visited one while we were in the Finger Lakes!
