We have been planning on going over to Los Fresnos Nature Park just to take a walk on their trail for a long long time so today was the day. It is a very nice little park with a trail that is about a mile long. There were some walkers and some bikers on it. It definitely is a great place to stop and just enjoy the day! Los Fresnos is about 37 miles away from Weslaco.
When we left here, we headed over to Laguna Atacosa National Wildlife Refuge.
