Well, when we left home, it was a bright sun shiny day but when we arrived in Roma, it was a foggy drippy day. The pictures show exactly what the day was like. It wasn't good for birding. The scenes here were all taken from the Roma Bluff where the Visitor Center is.

I think it is a Northern Mocking Bird
Across the River is Mexico. Doesn't look too hard to get across on a raft if it was fast. There are Border Patrol Boats going up and down the river.
But how do the Border Patrol watch it all, all the time? We only saw the one boat all the time we were on top of the bluff!
