Isla Blanca County Park on South Padre Island


After birding all morning, we headed over to Isla Blanca County Park on the island to watch the waves and check out what was going on there.


It was pretty quiet over here today but a

really nice day to watch the waves!






Sanderlings were running all over the beach

South Padre Island Convention Center - Birding

When we finished our bird sightings at the Birding Center, we came over to walk the boardwalk and grounds of the Convention Center which is right next door.
