Today we took a trip to see the parrots at Oliveira Park. We had tried a couple of times and never saw them but that was a few years ago. Now we know to arrive around 5:15 to 5:30 PM. That is when they all start arriving. We were successful yesterday. What a noisy bunch they were. I would hate to live in that area!
We decided to check out the birding today at the Hugh Ramsey Nature Park which is not heavily traveled today. There was one other car in the parking lot and we didn't run across anyone. It was a nie day for a walk but there wasn't a lot to see today unfortunately! At least we should say, we didn't see what was to see that was hiding in the brush.
