Yuma Armed Forces Memorial Park

While driving around Yuma, we made a stop at the Yuma Armed Forces Park which is dedicated to the sacrifices of all Yuma Veterans. It is located at 219 South Gila Street in Yuma.

We took a drive today and stopped at Gateway Park. We parked the car and wandered around taking pictures of this area of Yuma.

Bonita Mesa Horse Races & Steak Fry

 When we were here back in 2010 we loved the horse races and so we were happy to take part in them again. We did really well and won a bunch of the races so we went home winners!

Our Valentines Lady moved the horses according to the dice. 

The horses were on the floor the last time we were here, but they have raised them which makes it easier for everyone to see them. There is always a large crowd for the races. We found it to be so much fun that we introduced it to Winter Ranch RV Park in Alamo, Texas. They are still playing them there also and everyone has a good time.

These ladies take our quarters and hand us the horse numbers that might win!

After the Horse Races, we had a steak fry. The food for the evening

 was provided by the park but we bought tickets for it.
